I have long QT though not clear if it's syndrome or due to miocarditis. I had sudden death though again they can't tell if it was due to long QT or dilated cardiomiopathy. I was given a stress test that showed prolongation of the QT interval so I was fitted with an ICD. My kids's holter came back negative but they want to give them epinephrine tests to rule it out. I have mixed feelings about it...they are 4 and almost 2. How are they going to do it with the 2 year old?. I know I'd rather find out in the hospital if they have LQTS than some other wat( death). So if anybody has gfone through it with their kids I'd like any input. thanks! Dolores |

I dont know how the hospital will do stress test in toddlers. In denmark we are satisfied with repeated ECGs to rule out Long QT |
