However it has nothing to do with inherited Long QT syndrome. In a Long QT clinic one of the important points in the referred patients is to rule out that the prolonged QT interval is secondary to other heart disease   Vicki Posted on Saturday, August 20, 2005 - 08:57 pm:    I recentley had an echo on my heart and was told by the tech. that I had a very small heart. Should I be worried about this and what does that mean?
