Many diseases affecting the heart is able to prolong the QT interval including diseases which enlarge the heart. However it has nothing to do with inherited Long QT syndrome. In a Long QT clinic one of the important points in the referred patients is to rule out that the prolonged QT interval is secondary to other heart disease |

I recentley had an echo on my heart and was told by the tech. that I had a very small heart. Should I be worried about this and what does that mean? My doctor nor anyone else has said any more about it.
