I often have experienced an adrenaline rush, racing heart, pressure head aches, anxiety, and panic attack symptoms, after lying down. Usually just after falling a sleep. all my symptoms are worse at night and at bed time. I have passed out twice in two years. flunked tilt table test but everything else was normal. I was diagnosed with nero cardio syncope, but not sure if they looked at long qt as the cause of the syncope. Currently on 25mg of atenolol once aday for high blood pressure and lorazepam for anxiety. still having panic attacks just after falling a sleep. Anyone else going thru what I'm going thru. I have a 12 month old son and i'm scared i'll die in my sleep and not get to seee him grow up. I have had to uncles die in their sleep at age 50 and worry constantly.
